is the official education platform of the World Flying Disc Federation.
WFDF Academy offers comprehensive education opportunities for athletes, coaches, teachers and other stakeholders involved in Flying Disc Sports at different levels throughout the world to gain knowledge and improve competencies.

Accessible and Open Professional Development:
WFDF Academy offers a number of no-cost, self-study continued professional development mini-courses open to completion at any time, which offer certificates and badges.

The World Flying Disc Federation (“WFDF”) is the international sports federation responsible for world governance of flying disc (frisbee) sports, including Ultimate, Beach Ultimate, Disc Golf, Freestyle, Guts, and Individual Events. Formed in 1985, WFDF is a federation of 126 member associations, which represent flying disc sports and their athletes in more than 122 countries. WFDF is an International Federation recognised by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the International Paralympic Committee (IPC), and the International University Sports Federation (FISU). It is a member of the International World Games Association (IWGA), the Association of IOC Recognised International Sports Federations (ARISF), the International Masters Games Association (IMGA), and the Association for the International Sport for All (TAFISA). WFDF is a signatory to the World Anti-Doping Code and is a registered not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation in the state of Colorado, USA.

Die WFDF Academy ist die offizielle Bildungsplattform der World Flying Disc Federation. Sie bietet umfassende Bildungsmöglichkeiten für Athlet*innen, Trainer*innen, Lehrer*innen und alle anderen Akteur*innen, die weltweit auf verschiedenen Ebenen im Disc-Sport tätig sind, um Wissen zu erwerben und Kompetenzen zu verbessern.
Weltweite Anhebung der Standards
Qualitativ hochwertiges Coaching und Erfahrungen sind für die Entwicklung des Flying-Disc-Sports auf allen Ebenen von entscheidender Bedeutung. Die WFDF Academy stellt sicher, dass die Ausbildung in jedem Land, in dem dieser Sport ausgeübt wird, zugänglich ist, und verbessert so das Verständnis und die Standards unter den verschiedenen Interessengruppen.
Von Flying-Disc-Führungskräften entwickelt
Die Zertifizierungskurse, Aktivitäten und Schulungen der WFDF Academy werden mit Unterstützung von Top-Trainer*innen und Expert*innen aus einigen der weltweit erfolgreichsten Länder sowie unter Beratung von Expert*innen aus den Bereichen Bildung und Entwicklung konzipiert.
Zugängliche und offene berufliche Weiterbildung
Die WFDF Academy bietet eine Reihe kostenloser Minikurse zur beruflichen Weiterbildung im Selbststudium an, die jederzeit absolviert werden können und mit Zertifikaten und Abzeichen abgeschlossen werden.
